100 year.jpg

You will join a long history in radiology.

An over 100 year history

1902

Just 7 years after Dr. Wilhelm Roentgen made his first report of the new ray, Dr. James Martin acquired his first static x-ray machine near Dallas. Soon afterward, Dr. Martin was full-time at Baylor University College of Medicine in Dallas. This was the start of radiology at our hospital.

You will train with attendings who run the practice.

Autonomous

We run our radiology practice which gives us autonomy and flexibility.

We share what we know about running our radiology practice with you.

We support the residency with time, energy, and resources.

Expert Teachers

We are attendings who are here to teach and practice high-end medicine.

We are subspecialty experts. We have trained all over the country. We read exams from all over the state.

We practice and perform in teaching settings and non-teaching settings.

Together

We are side by side with you in the reading room.

We share a collegial environment with students, residents, fellows, and physicians in other specialties.
